Biography

Background

I joined the PHSI (former IHS) Biostatistics Research Group in August 2017. Before joining the group, I was working as a Medical Statistician within the School of Medicine, Pharmacy & Health, Durham University, Queen’s campus. I completed my Postgraduate degree and PhD at the Interuniversity Institute for Biostatistics and statistical Bioinformatics for statistics, Hasselt University, Belgium. My research mainly focused on the integration of multi-source data in the development of clinical biomarker/surrogate. Currently, most of my work is relate to adaptive design clinical trial projects.

  • Analysis of longitudinal data/repeated measures
  • Survival analysis
  • Classification/discrimination

  • Adaptive designs for clinical trials
  • Prognostic/Diagnostic prediction model development
